again. i just get the little blue circle. I have already switched all my emails to go to yahoo. Mainly cause this is a weekly thing now.
*Bonus i love how the "email me when some one replies" is auto checked lol
perhaps before the end of the week this can be fixed?

This is an ongoing issue that Comcast is aware of and working on fixes. You will see a number of Threads posted on this subject in this Forum.
Things you can try:
Try a different browser
Clear your browser cache
Reset your browser back to the default settings
Switch to the Lite version of XfintyConnect instead of the full version
( To do: Open XC,click on Preferences>General & check the box for the lite version. Close & re-open XC. You should now be in the lite version.
You can also use the very basic m.comcast.net to access email

XC wont open so how would i get to my preferences . My cache is clear. Why am i working so hard to get the email I pay fo to work???
cause the free yahoo email is where I am answering this from. Think I will just stick with all my emails going to yahoo

emaill still down. good to see I am not getting my money's worth. . I should not have to work so hard to get something i already pay for.*if the email is not working I can not get to my preferences . so that suggestion is not an option. My cache is clear , It is not working on any browser .
So I fixed it myself
I already have switched all my email to go to yahoo (Yahoo is free and I have never had trouble getting my emails there)

Why is this marked as solved? It most definitely is not!

I marked it solved after i transfered all my need to have email to Yahoo. Comcast isn't interested in fixing this problem. Even though it is an ongoing problem , they seem to be more interested in rearranging the homepage (cause we all know what a big help that was) and pushing new products and services that most likely will not work either. They do not seem to be interested in fixing existing problems , just creating new ones . I gave up and decided to use a FREE email service that works with out fail.

This is REDICULOUS! Why should we be having a problem with email loading when we pay so much for your services? Why should we have to go to a "lite" version of hte program just so we can read our own email that we pay a lot of money for. It's not like you are giving us email for free like Yahoo or other free online email services.
FIX THE PROBLEM! DONT TELL US TO REARRANGE OUR PROGRAMS TO FIT YOUR GLITCHES IN YOUR PROGRAMS! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!
