Re: email

Hello,

You have not provided much info to go by. What error message are you getting when you try to connect?

Re: email

Hello,

You can give this a try.

Delete your cookies. If cookies aren't accepted correctly by your browser, you may be logged out of email home page as soon as you move to a different page. This may block your current ability to sign in or stay signed in.

Clear your browser's cache. The cache is the memory your browser uses to store the content of the Web pages you visit. Storing that content lets your browser load those same pages more quickly the next time you visit them.

If you're still having problems, find out how you can request a new password.

Re: email

Sign in with your Primary Username and password, then click on My Account.  You will be directed to Customer Central.  Once there, click on the Users & Settings tab.

You will see Manage my User Accounts with a drop-down box showing your Usernames.  The Primary will already be showing in the top.  Click on the Username that you want to change the password for.

Now look at Account settings and click the link which says Change password/Secret Question.

Another smaller window will open.  Type in the Username, then the old password and then type in the new password.  Make sure that you follow these directions below as well.

8-16 characters. At least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, and at least one number or special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *) are required. No spaces. Case-sensitive.
