I have just begun to encounter this problem at the beginning of this year with Comcast. I have a domain provider Verio, and forward emails arriving into my domain webmail to my comcast.net address. Recently I have had several issues with emails being blocked, therefore not receiving the emails forwarded automatically through my domain. Who or what do I need to do or talk to to get this fixed. This has been very frustrating the past several weeks that I have been trying to find who to contact to resolve this issue. The following is one of the messages that occurred.
Connected to 76.96.62.116 but greeting failed. Remote host said: 554 imta27.westchester.pa.mail.comcast.net comcast 204.202.242.120 Comcast block for spam. Please see http://help.comcast.net/content/faq/BL000000
Any help will be great.

Recent changes to Comcast's help pages have removed the page the error message points to. The most similar page I have been able to find is http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/inter
You might also use a webmail account from Gmail or one of the other free email providers.

Thank you for the information. I will give Comcast security a call today and see what they can do to help.
I have a business and the Domain name for my business also came with my own business email address, which is where my customers send their emails too as well as all my suppliers. I use "manage my mail" that is provided to me from the company I bought my domain name from and inserted my "comcast.net email address" in the mail forward field, in order not to miss important or urgent emails I receive from my customer and suppliers. It was working very well up to the end of last year.
Thanks
Jin
