emails not loading

If I clear the cache and cookies I can get into the preview but not into the emails themselves. Won't let me change preferences or anything else. Any one know how to make it work?

From the Preview Window, what happens when you click on Preferences? 

Which version of XfinityConnect do you use, the full or the lite version?

What happens exactly when you click on View Entire Inbox from the Preview window?

Which browser/version do you use?

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

When I try to do anything from the preview screen it just keeps trying to load( loading symbol), but nothing loads. I am using the full version on Chrome. I can't get into preferences because that wont load either.

Do you know which version of XC you are currently using?  (full or lite)

Do you use a desktop PC or a laptop PC?

 

Have you tried using a different browser, such as Internet Explorer?  I would first try another browser, and post back the results please.

I'm having same problem - just started this am.  Error dump below.  I do not know where to look for version or XC Lite!

I used the full version on a desktop PC. Firefox let me in, of course my computer is not fond of firefox and keeps crashing, but that is a problem for another day. Aleast I can get my emails. Thanks

Had the same problem. The so called email experts couldn't fix it but I did.  I DELETED the xfinity toolbar and now my emails load with no problem even faster than before. So maybe its time comcast to get real experts and by the way your welcome comcast this should keep your customer service from getting yelled at and when someone tells your so called experts its not their computer or browser try listening. REMEMBER DELETE THE XFINITY TOOLBAR AND YOUR EMAIL SHOULD WORK FINE MINE DID.

Having the same issue.  Just got a new win8 machine and running Chrome browser.  Using full version of Xfinity.  Tried clearing cache etc.  Will see if this helps, but is this something that need be done continually?

If you are unable to open email in XfinityConnect, please try this:

 

Clear your browser cache of temporary internet files and cookies.

Also, certain browser Add-ons causes issues with Xfinity Connect.  Check this link on how to disable the add-ons:

Windows Updates released Internet Explorer Version 10 recently.

 

Microsoft has added Comcast.net as one of the domains for Compatibility view, so IE10 should automatically switch to Compatibility mode when using the Xfinity website.

If you still cannot access your email, and have updated to Version 10 to use as your browser:

Make sure to Compatibility View in IE Ver. 10 under Tools is enabled.
