Klynch5@comcast.net is the registered name on an account in my household who has a laptop connected by a router to the internet. She can connect to the internet, but when she tries to connect to her e-mail, a statement comes up that says, "access requires Comcast high speed internet." This has happened several times. What is causing that?

There is probably an error on the account somewhere. You should be able to fix the issue by calling 800-COMCAST. If not let me know.
