I switched to Comcast and Verizon was discontinued. The sales person stated that all my emails would be forwarded to my new email address - not working. He also said my addreses would be and/or could be forwarded, - not working. Anyone know how I can do that? I tried "trueswitch" - either not doing something right or it doesn't actually do that. Thanks for your help, please give simple step instructions. thanks. Gail

Trueswitch works by logging into your old account and transferring the emails there to your new account. If the old account has been closed, Trueswitch won't work and your email is lost unless Verizon can recover it for you.
