smartzone email sign in

Is there a setting I can change so I don't have to sign into smartzone email each time I want to check my email?

Login will not remember your password so what you can do is set your browser to remember your login and password.

 

FF -> Tool/Options/Security/Password Section

IE ->  IE Options/Content Tab/Auto Complete Settings

Actually, yes, there is.  See the accepted solution in this post.  (Clickable link)  Disclaimer:  I haven't been migrated yet, so I haven't been able to try it, but thus far, no one has said it doesn't work.  (Apparently like the emoticons!  Sorry, no workee, no smilee)

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

misslogan, This is not E-mail, this is the Help Forum.  To send an e-mail, go to the Comcast homepage and click on the e-mail icon on the left side right below where you sign in.
