I also am having a problem with replying to and sending new e-mails to a verizon addres. Comcast says that there is no reason for this and that it is probably a Verizon problem. Any answers that you might have received to remedy this?

Sounds like you may be sending to a valid but incorrect address. Perhaps the address of the person you are sending to is not what they, or you think it is.
Others in my organization are able to send and receive e-mails from this person. When I receive an e-mail from him, I send a "Reply To" answer and have also tried sending as a New Message. He receives neither.
I am also having trouble sending to a verizon address.I have called comcast and they say its a verizon problem. Verizon says its a comcast problem? What can be done?
Please PM me your email address, the verizon email address you were trying to send to, and the date and time you sent the message that wasn't received and we will look into it.
We have been looking into this and Comcast is successfully delivering the mail to Verizon. We are attempting to reach out to Verizon to work with them to look into this further.
I am also having this problem. Sometimes the recipient receives the message, sometimes she doesn't. this is very frustrating because the information is critical and time sensitive.
This, combined with a variety of other e-mail issues I have, creates a situation where my communications are virtually paralyzed. At this point I'm pretty done with Comcast. As soon as the crisis in my organization is resolved I will change my ISP.
We can certainly understand your frustration. Please understand though that there is nothing on our mail servers that is causing this issue. We are still trying to work with Verizon to get them to resolve it.
We did some troubleshooting and could not locate any issues that would prevent you from emailing a Verizon.net address or receiving from them. Could you please PM me with more details regarding the issue? If you could provide a time and date that you sent a message to a verizon subscriber that was not received, it would help. Also if you could let me know a time frame of a message that was sent to you from Verizon that did not make it I can troubleshoot that as well. Please provide me with a specific Verizon.net email address that you are having troubles with.
