You need to provide a little more detail. What operating system are you on, Windows, Mac? What version? What do you mean you have to scroll across the screen? Is the message text too wide for your screen? What domain are the messages from?

Windows 7. Yes the message is too wide for the screen. Charter.

Not sure that I answered your question as to what domain it is from correctly? It came from abbysprings.org

OK are you having this problem only from the one sender? If so, that tells me it's most likely something on their end. Do you get emails from Hotmail, Yahoo, Comcast or other users and they fill the screen normally? Can you get emails from another sender at the same domain that you don't have to scroll back and forth?

Yes it is from one sender. I can receive emails from the same domain and it fills the screen normally.

Right then. It sounds to me that the sender needs to use a different file format. What kind of document is it? .doc, or something else? Is there a photo embeded in it? Because if there is and he's not using jpeg, it could cause the problem.

Hello gated
Have you tried to open this particular email in a different browser type and still experience the same issue? Also, have you tried to change your Xfinity Connect Email Preferences for Reading Email (display emails in html or text option)? Also, are you opening the email in a new window or reading pane options in the email tab View drop down.
