I have a home desk top wireless that provides wifi connection to my laptop. When I access my Infinty home page to check emails or manage my account I am unable to sign in.
I have two email accounts but cannot access either from my laptop. I enter my user ID and password and it recycles to the sign in request again and again. What do I do to establish Infinity email access via my laptop?
Thanks JR

From your desktop go into XfinityConnect & click on Preferences. Under the General tab, change to the Lite version of XC. Click on SAVE at the top of the page. Sign out, close your browser, and then go back and sign in again. Now try your laptop & post the results. Also, check your screen resolution that you have set on the laptop. If it is 800 X600, that is the problem. The full version requires a higher screen resoltion.
post back the results & we can go from there.
Which browser/version do you use too?

Can you clear all the saved passwords for Comcast in Internet Explorer and reset your browser? Are you absolutely positive you are using the correct password?
I feel as though we're missing something simple here.

Yes,Iam sure. I can enter both email accounts from my desk top. When I enter my infinty email web page on my laptop, which should require the very same Id's and Passwords, I cannot open either account.
My browser is internet Explorer 9 and I have Norton 360 v5 downloaded on my desltop and laptop.

I would try each of these steps in order - retrying getting into Xfinity Connect after each step:
1) Clear your Internet Cache and History and clear your browser cookies.
2) Reset your browser to the default settings.
3) Try a different browser - Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer depending on your current browser.

I don't know what was the outcome of this user's dilemma, but I'm having the exact same problem on my husband's laptop using wireless. He can sign onto xfinity using all other computers in the house, and he's able to access xfinity from his laptop using hotel wifi. We've tried all the suggestions you gave, and it does the same thing on all other browsers. I don't consider myself to be that computer illiterate, but I feel helpless with this issue. When we call Comcast, we're told it's a wireless problem and that they could help if we want to sign up for the assistance service (I forget what it's called).

I am also having the same problem! I've reset my modem, router and rebooted. I still get an error when I log in -- it appears that I don't have comcast internet service even though I am using it! Can't access email from my home, but able to access anywhere else.
This is the error I get:
Access requires Comcast High-Speed Internet
