2 computers can't put software on 2nd computer

i have done all this before but for only 1 computer for home home install for comcast and verizon in the passed, but now i have comcast for 2 computers and the main computer the software is dl but i try to do it for the second one and i click install then it dl's then i double click that and thats when i get a forbidden screen then nothing...i tried comcast internet customer service but their no help at all either its a computer or a dumb person, please help me someone!!!

What software cannot be put on the computer?
