Cable TV modem charge?

I just noticed on my most recent bill that I am being charged a $7.00 modem rental under my TV portion of the bill.  I already pay a $7.00 modem rental fee for my internet.  

 

I understand the modem for the internet, but for the TV?  I pay for my cable boxes already on separate line items.

The charge should only be once on the monthly statement.

 

Please contact Comcast billing and let them explain themselves on why it's on there twice.
