Hello. I use Comcast Economy Plus internet service with a Google TV set-top box. I'm connected by ethernet directly to my modem. Recently there has been an over-the-air operating system update available for download to my Google TV set-top box. However when I attempt to download the system update the download always fails. (The file is 210mb).
I'm wondering if this could be the result of Comcast perhaps inadvertantly blocking my download attempt in some way?Any suggestions as to something I can try to get the download to work?
Note: Back in January I was able to download the previous operating system update while using Comcast Economy internet with the same Google TV set-top box. But for some reason this new update won't download.
The same update was sent out to thousands of users and most everyone had no problems.
