Is a modem with wifi router available at comcast service centers?

I'd requested for a comcast modem with wifi router but got only a modem without router. I made a call to have the correct one shipped to ma again but even that hasnt been sent. Do the local offices or service centers of comcast have these devices with them? Has anyone actually collected it from a comcast office rather than having it shipped?

Hello,

Yes you can get a gateway modem from comcast but those gateway are no good. You are better of to get a modem and a separate wireless router.
