I ordered a wireless router and cable modem that were supposed to be free with mail-in rebates; however, I did not receive anything to mail in to get the rebate. When I called the Comcast rebate center at 1-800-526-3268 I was told that they did not handle the rebates their. First, I am a little confused as to why the rebate center does not handle rebates. They also told me that I should have received an email that included the rebate form. I received no such email. Does anyone know how to get the rebate?

I was told if I ordered a router for 59.95 and sent in my first bill, I owuld receive a rebate of 59.95.

ORDERED THE SAME ROUTER WITH REBATE THROUGH SAVEOLOGY CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR REBATE FORM GOOD LUCK IT TAKES 18 WEEKS

try calling 1-877-713-5405 (saveology tech) to speak to a customer service representative. an email should have been sent to the email address that you signed up with the account on (not your comcast email). You print that email, with the UPC code and send it out for a rebate. I called 6 different comcast numbers before I found someone who was able to help. I wouldnt waste time and minutes calling them they did not really know what the heck I was talking about.
