Ooma Phone no longer receiving calls with new Xfinity TV/Internet/Phone package

Been using Ooma for a while with Verizon FIOS. Just switched to Xfinity Triple Play. Plugged Ooma device into port of Technicolor modem/router. Dial tone received but when I place a call on Ooma, rings once then goes silent. If I receive an inbound call to my Ooma, hear the phone ringing in house, answer the call but can't hear the caller. The caller just hears Ooma continue to ring till dumps into voicemail. Anyone know of a special router config on the Xfinity Technicolor router I need to do for the Ooma to work again? Thx

I had the same problem.  I was able to solve it by putting my OOMA onto the DMZ, which is found under the advance tab of XFinity cable modem/gateway/router (10.0.0.1).  You can also put your original router into the DMZ and connect your OOMA to that.
