I accidentally disconnected a computer when looking at connected devices in my router settings. How do I unblock it? I can't find it anywhere. It's a gateway router model 5. Thank you.

Did you block/exclude it by MAC Address?
EXcluding by MAC address usually works in one of two ways.
1. Include certain specific devices by MAC Address
2. Exclude Certain Specific Devices by MAC address

Why is there no answer to this post? I have the same problem and the live chat people must not speak English so I am getting no help there. How do you unblock devices that you blocked?

Please be aware that this is a user to user forum, very few Comcast Employees here.
We have no way of knowing what equipment you have unless you elect to share that information with us.
Basically, you need to Log in to your router/gateway and navigate to Parental Controls to see if the block is there.
