Just added ubee doc.sis 3.0 high speed modem and cannot get wireless Internet access altho computer reports eHome 100 wireless modem is connected with excellent signal strength.
Comcast tech advised connecting through WLAN port (from high speed modem) Should wireless router receive connection through WAN?
Puzzled as to how it can be connected but not have Internet access. Any ideas?
The modem will remember the last device that was attached to it and will refuse all other connections until you reset it. So power down modem, Router and PCs.
