Is IPV6 available on Comcast's Network in the Minneapolis area yet?

Re: IPV6 Deployment in Minnesota

Your area is serviced by a Cisco CMTS, so at this time it is not ready.  Keep an eye on www.comcast6.net or  http://forums.comcast.com/ for information, once we get the Cisco CMTS's online I will be posting on the forums.

Re: IPV6 Deployment in Minnesota

I know its only been another month but I figured it does not hurt to ask. My publice IP is 75.72.177.* I directly connected a Motorola SB6121 to a 10.8 Mac and was unable to pull an IPv6 address. Any sense of timeline for Minnesota to get IPv6?

From the Comcast IPv6 FAQ page:

http://comcast6.net/index.php/ipv6-deployment-faq/8-ipv6-trial-news-and-information

"Comcast's IPv6 deployment continues to expand, over 25% of our customers are actively provisioned with native dual stack broadband!  The following areas of the Comcast broadband footprint are now fully IPv6 enabled - Colorado, New Mexico, Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Houston."
