Our Iphones will no longer connect to our wireless set up at home. How can I get this fixed FAST????? The message we get is "Unable to join the network" and then it lists our name of our wireless network.

Thank you.

LOL, you gotta do better than that, EG.  The web remembers all.

It sounds like your iPhone has "remembered" the wrong network

passcode for your wireless network.  Try this:

In the iPhone's Settings > WiFi" click on the "information symbol"

(lowercase 'i' in a circle) next to the network name, then select

"Forget this Network" -- that erases the remembered passcode.

You should now be able to re-login to the network with the correct

passcode -- as if it was a "newly discovered" network.

I'm guessing that you recently changed the network passcode ...

-OR- you changed the WiFi security mode...

-OR- the router got reset and reverted to its factory defaults.

Not sure what this means.

Are you saying we should report but not reply to a post that violates forum guidelines, or that we should avoid replying to a "post removed" message? I always report posts that seem in violation, sometimes I reply to them was well. Should I not do that?

I'm trying to understand how best to help keep the forum clean without adding more that necessary to anyone's workload.

No worries Bruce, you are doing fine just as you are and the help is appreciated !! The question of "whether to respond or not" is up to you if you don't mind spending your time responding only to have your response removed as collateral damage.

Re: Iphone 5 won't connect to my home wireless

I'm always aware that a reply to a post that's in violation might get removed as well, so no problem.

Thanks EG!
