I have a SMC Modem, Model: SMCD3GNV. Phone and wireless work fine but the LAN connections seems dead. They were working fine until a few days ago, nothing had been changed or replugged. No lights are lit on any of the ethernet ports no matter what I connect to them - router or direct to desktop or laptop. I've done the following;
- powered down, up
- factory reset
- tried different cables, new cables
My conclusion is the LAN card on the modem died. Any other ideas, something I haven't tried?
