Port forwarding on Arris Interactive, L.L.C. tg862g

Hi,

 

My Q-See QT video camera system is working fine. However, I cannot get the external access working. The port forwarding does not seem to work.

 

Do I need to do a manual setting in the Arris Interactive, L.L.C. tg862g router? If so, how can I log in to do that?
