Ok. I have same issiue. I have tg862 in bridge mode and Dlink 615 has all port fowarding setup. Still can't connect to my whs2011. Any idea? Are the ports(80,443,3389,4125) blocked?

Comcast does not block any ports needed for any version of WHS,
What happens when you test it in the remote access control page?
Have you tried it with UPNP enabled on the router and let WHS configure it automatically?

My modem is TG862 and router DLink 615E3 running DD-WRT. Dlink does support UPnP and it was working with DSL. My DSL was setup a little bit different. My DSL modem was setup in bridge pass-through mode and router was setup as PPPoE with user name and password. So router was actually getting public IP where is right now TG862 is getting public IP and converting it to 10.x and my network is setup 192.168.x.
You are right WHS does use UPnP, but you can set it up manually as well.
Any other ideas?

If I'm reading this correctly, that shows that the TG862 is NOT in bridge mode, so you have a double NAT condition.

I worked with 3 techs. They thing it is in bridge mode. There is no pass-through mode in TG862, isn't it?
What do you think I should see when it's in bridge mode?
Thanks

The public WAN IP address that is being assigned by Comcast to your connection should be being passed through the TG862 to the D-Link router and not that private 10.xxx one if it were in bridge mode.
Use this number to reach the right people for the job; 1-800-363-2416.

You are right, that's what I saw with my DSL setup, but I see WAN IP as 10.0.0.2

Call those *high level techs*. They'll get it right !

I sent pm to comcastLarry. Let see if he can dig something for me. Otherwise I will call that number 4th time.

Didn't know that you used that particular number before.. Good luck with it !

Yes, I used that number to call techs.
I have another question. On my router in WAN setup, what option should I choose?
Right now it is " Auto DHCP assinged", when I was doing it with DSL, I had it as PPPoE with uesr/password.

Hmmm.. I'm surprised. Have you called during regular weekday business hours ? The techs that work in that department are a cut above and very high level !! We refer posters to it here all the time and get nothing but positive feedback about them.
The DHCP setting that you currently have is correct. Cable does not use the PPPoE protocol. Anyway, this will not be a factor for the WAN when the gateway is bridged.

It was on the weekend. I hope Larry can work on it. I got reply back from him. Thanks for you help on this.

My pleasure. You may need to wait a while as Larry is a busy man. You can also try Comcast Steve but he is also very busy. Can't hurt to try calling again during the weekday.
