I have an Arris gateway with my computer. Can someone tell me how to set up a wireless security webcam using this router? I want to be able to monitor the surroundings when I am not here. Any help would be appreciated.
First off get rid of the comcast gateways they are useless. Call support and ask to speak to the gateway support and put the gateway in bridge mode and get yourself a router and hook it up to the modem. Setting up a wireless webcam is no difference then setting up any other device. You can read some sticky about this that has already provided in the threads or search the web for help.
