If your router admin password has been changed and you can't get into it to change the wireless password, then you will have to reset the router to factory defaults. Consult your manual. The procedure is usually simple, press and hold the reset button on the back or bottom for some number of seconds. The exact details are in your manual. If you don't have a manual, then look your specific router up on the manufacturer's website and download it.
