You might want to read some of the threads in the Security Forum, and post your question there as well. Easy Solve is not getting very good reviews, and many are uninstalling it because it is causing problems.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
