When attempting to make a payment from an iPad in landscape view, the bottom section of the page may not be visible. Scrolling, two finger scrolling or resizing will not recover the cropped page.
The Comcast team is aware of this issue and are working to find a permanent solution. We apologize for any inconvenience, but do offer this temporary workaround.
To make a payment using an iPad:
Begin making a payment in portrait view (i.e. hold the iPad vertically), and maintain the portrait view throughout the payment flow
If already in the payment flow in landscape view, please exit the current screen by clicking on the close button at the top right corner of the payment screen and select make a payment again in portrait view.
