Am not able to watch tv shows and movies on iPad. Message pops up saying I need Adobe Flasher but can not download. Any suggestions?

Apple does not support Flash on the iPad.

You need to download and install the Xfinity TV app on your iPad.

Thanks for the feedback...  I do have Xfinity TV App downloaded on my Ipad but it's not allowing me to watch.  As you mentioned it says Apple does not support Flash.   Thought I could some how get around it.

If you have the Xfinity TV app for iPad, you can watch some content using Play Now.

However, you can only browse the content of On Demand. At this time, you cannot play On Demand content on the iPad.
