mac users that are having problems with comcast upgrade, call apple@1 800 275 2273. jeramey was my poc. very helpful. solved my problem.

I have gone through and removed all your duplicate posts from the other threads.  Please do not spam post the same message in multiple threads, it's against forum guidelines.

 

I'm glad Apple was able to solve your issue, whatever it was, but blanket sending everyone there is not a great idea, and the odds of others getting "Jeremy" as well as very low since Apple emplys many support specialists.

 

And welcome to the forums.
