If you have Business class internet, you can either hire someone to do it for you, or learn how to do it yourself. Comcast provide Sharepoint based sites to business class customers, I believe. There are lots of resources on the internet where you can learn how to build websites using Sharepoint. I am not sure if they provide the option for business class users to build their own sites using other tools, but if they do, and you have no idea where to start, try here...
