Change in publishing with Frontpage 2003

I recently created a test page with Frontpage 2003 and published it according to the instructions on Comcast's website. The new page posted correctly.  Any changes I have made to the webpage on my pc and have attempted to published have been blocked. The status of the file on Comcast's personal web page remains 'ubchanged'.  I also get a server error, cannot change permissions.

I do not understand why.  Nothing has changed since the original publishing in terms of username or password.

Please help.

Re: Change in publishing with Frontpage 2003

Try clearing the cache (temporary internet files) in your browser.  Changes may not be appearing because the browser is reading the file from your cache on the workstation.  Use the reload or refresh button to force a download of the updated page in the browser.

Not sure on the permissions message because permissions can not be edited on the comcast server.    Uploaded files by ftp or web authoring programs are public by default and the permissions can't be changed. A file can only be set public or private. A file can only be set to private with the comcast file manager in their online publishing tools.

I have not used frontpage in years.  It has been replaced a couple of times by Microsoft with newer programs.  Some webhosts like comcast still support it.
