I was editing my main page and all my changes were saved. I then viewed my website and it looked great. Went back to the editing of my website and ALL my Published / Draft pages are hosed. The names all defaulted to the default page name of 'Samantha & Joseph 2012' and they are all EMPTY. I had 12 Published pages with material spanning years. Is there any way this can be brought back?????
Please advise on whether you have backups based on user logins. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! Michele Hodapp

Were you using the Comcast page building tool? Or were you using some other tool and uploading your pages?
You viewed your web site, so this shouldn't be a caching problem in your web browser. But can you look at your pages with a different web browser while not logged in to verify that your changes are missing?
If they are still missing, contact Comcast and tell them that their personal web page building tool has corrupted your web pages. You need someone who understands the web page system to restore them.
If you had used a different system to build your previous pages and then used the Comcast tool to build new pages, when you saved your new pages created with the Comcast tool, your old pages would be hidden. To get them back, go to the File Manager (https://publish.comcast.net/filemanager/files/all/), find a file named indextimestamp.html (where timestamp is a date) and move it to index.html.

Thanks Beth
1. Yes I was using their standard Comcast page Building Tool.
2. Checked the Webpages using different computers and different browsers with the same result.
3. Tried contacting Comcast and never could get a hold of anybody that can fix the Personal Web Pages. Their customer service rep gave me a 1-888-285-3275 number but I never got a hold of anybody in the neverending system generated responses that you have to enter.

Okay. I'll push as hard as I can to get someone to look into this. I don't have much pull.
When did you make your changes?

Beth,
Unfortunately I had Comcast Live Chat look into this and they said that the backups of all the data cannot be retrieved. So I lost everything. Still no reason on how/why this happened.
Thanks for checking into this.
