Can some one plase post the link to the online file manager. I have searched on this site and find no link to it. Pictures of it show up but again no link is ever made. Never mind I found one in another post and for some reason it kept sending me to some other place until i clicked it several more times.

Was wondering what you found . I found the publish.comcast.net but it only seems to work when it wants to. I haven't been able to use it since yesterday. I've signed in and out and it just tells me to wait. It's been like that for 2 days. I've also searched their site for other links and I'm having no luck as well.

This is the URL for the Comcast page-building tool: https://publish.comcast.net/home/index/
You need to have enabled your pages from Customer Central > Users & Settings.

I've used this filemanager for many years. Now when I use the publish.comcast.net url it automatically changes to this url: https://idp.comcast.net/idp/2IJ95/resumeSAML20/idp

The File Manager is at https://publish.comcast.net/filemanager/files/all/
You go through the long URL after signing in. The web page system has been up and down lately. It gets stuck looking at that long URL.
It seems to be up right now for me, but I see you posted less than an hour ago.
You might try clearing your cache or trying a different web browser in case something got stored incorrectly.

I can't get to my file manager either through any link. This stinks. I'm trying to upload sigs to use.
Oh well it is Comcast after all - why should i expect any better?

I actually got it to open using another browser, but then when I tried again it failed... luckily filezilla works. Try that. It's free online.

we must be on the same wavelength. I got disgusted and downloaded FileZilla and in a matter of minutes was able to upload files to my comcast storage.
It's odd that you can't get to the upload but the uploaded files are still working.

I think the system that supports building pages with the Comcast tools is having problems. Comcast is aware of that. I just talked with someone who is working on it and thought it was fixed. Not.
The server itself seems to be working. I can FTP to upload.comcast.net without problem. If you use Windows, you may be able to use Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) to connect via
And my web pages seem to be working.

FileZilla should have a way to upload/put files. I don't know if it is a drag-and-drop interface. I successfully uploaded a file a few minutes ago using a command-line FTP. PWP tool server still down.

yes FileZilla has drag and drop as well as an "upload" option.
I'm not a genius but I was able to figure it out quickly.
I have quite a few files uploaded to Comcast and would not want to lose them.

Just in case ... have backups other than those at Comcast.

Which Filezilla program did you download to access the Comcast pages please?
