Can anyone tell me how to recover my signin for the PWP Server. I use third party software and I cannot sign in to FTP to my pages. I need some help here. It has been a long time and I lost my files on hard drive failure.

If you are using Comcast's tools, the File Manager is at:
https://publish.comcast.net/filemanager/files/all/
If you are using FTP,
upload.comcast.net
your username without the @comcast.net
your password

Beth;
I had read through many of your replies and was impressed. I had been trying to use home instead of upload and nothing worked. I now must truly thank you for showing me my simplist mistake. Now I must figure out how to get these .html files to open up as .vnu in CoffeeCup so I can Edit and replace. I had not done this since 2009. You don't use you loose. Plus I'm a retired Senior now and do not do much computer work anymore.
Thanks again

Had to use the HTML Editor to open up and make changes so I did the minimum I had to do and all works. I have that off my plate and can Go RVing. Took all day to figure out, but it now is done.
Blessings to you

I first of all was trying to find a way to post. This is the closest I can come. I had my pwp saved to favorites bar & up til today I could access it. It had all the boxes filled in with info ie. site name, sub heading, author's name, and contact email. Well I can't remember what the sub heading was or the author's name, also the site says I am using 100% of usage on it. When I last uploaded some pictures it showed 1%. Plus now it isn't showing any of my files. I can I get this all back or find out what my author's name & sub heading were? Thanks for any help. P.S. how do you start a topic here?
