Pop Up Ads on my webpages!!!?

I'm getting a pop-up ad on my personal web page.  Anybody else experience it and any idea how to make it stop?

I don't think that Comcast is adding ads to personal web pages that customers have built. Maybe they have, but mine don't have any, and I looked with a web browser where I don't block ads.

 

So I would look for another source for the pop-ups - a toolbar, some malware, ...
