Hoping someone can help me here. At one time I had published my wesite to comcast server, but I can't remember how I did it.
I'm using MS office publisher 2007, and am trying to update my website. Can anyone give me the steps on how to do this?
P.S. I tried looking in the help section of publisher and it was no help.

MSPublisher should upload by ftp to upload.comcast.net. MS products usually use ftp://upload.comcast.net as the address.. Your main page should be named index.htm or index.html The server is case sensitive so Index. HTML for example will not work to override the default comcast page. Make sure to publish all the supporting files and folders for the site. Publisher should do this automatically.
First create an ftp site to publish to:
1. In Microsoft Publisher, from the File menu, click Publish to the Web.
2. In the Publish to the Web window, click Tools, and then click Map Network Drive.
3. In the Map Network Drive window, click "Connect to a network server"
3.1. Click "Next"
3.2. Click "Specify the address of of FTP site"
3.3. Enter your hostname in "Network address" box eg. ftp://upload.comcast.net
3.4. Uncheck "log on anonymously"
3.5. Enter your username in the User name box eg. your email address without the @comcast.net
3.6. Enter a name for this connect. eg. my website name
4. Click Next.
5. Click Finish..
To upload the site:
1. In Microsoft Publisher, from the File menu, click Publish to the Web.
2. From the Save in list, click FTP Locations.
3. Select the appropriate domain name.
4. Double-click the folder where you want to publish your site. the uppermost (root) directory
5. Click Save.
