Some programmer for the new Xfinity Home page forgot to include a link to the PWP splash page (or was it a link to another page within which the PWP was accessible - regardless, there is no way to access your PWP now).
https://publish.comcast.net/splash/
I've reported this already via telephone and Chat lines, but no one is fixing the problem.

Use the Site Map link on the bottom of the left menu...there is a link in the Comcast Services section of the Site Map page to PWP.

When I try to access mine, I get a message that the security certificate is not valid. Is Comcast doing anything about this?

"Use the Site Map link on the bottom of the left menu...there is a link in the Comcast Services section of the Site Map page to PWP."
That's the problem...the Site Map link is GONE.
The Site Map is nowhere to be found on the new Xfinity Home page (the page where you go to upon signing in):
At least I haven't been able to find the Site Map in 4 days of searching...nor have any of the Chat or telephone personal which I've been in contact with during the last several days. They cannot find any link to any page which has a link to PWP.
I do have a link address bookmark to the PWP Start-up page on one computer I use. But that does not help anyone else, or me for that matter in every new computer I use.
BTW...I have PWP enabled in my accounts settings.

Also unable to access PWP -due to "certificate error." Wonder what would happen if clicked on "not recommended" link. Searched internet for solutions- checked time clock setting, checked security settings and URL is acceptable and correctly entered.

I spent some time with online chat support. He told me to go ahead and proceed despite the certificate warning (which I got from both Firefox and Internet Explorer). That got me into the personal web page management site just fine. (Of course, given that cetificate advisory, for all I know some Ukranian mobsters are now able to access my computer, but that's just a risk I'll have to take.)

Where do you find the link that you mention which, when clicked, gives you the warning?

The original page for starting a PWP appears.

FWIW, a number of years ago Comcast took down PWP, but after a lot of people complained re-instated them, but bascially without support, except for here in the Help Forums. At any time Comcast can remove the PWP and not retain them even as an additional "perk" that you could pay extra for. As it is, you don't pay anything for it now. I don't know whether this applies to business websites that come with the business class service or not, but for regular customer class, you could try to log in to your PWP to make changes and find it gone. Your best bet is to find a place where you can host your pages for free just in case. Google has a place. Weebly is another place you can check out, but make sure you READ all of the features and fine print for any place that you find. Tripod is another places you can check out, again, with limited features.

But the Xfinity Home Page I see (in Chicago) does not have the Site Map link:
Here is a link to screen shots showing the exact Xfinity Home page. (I had to take 4 pictures to show everything.)

Correct -- that's the whole problem: The link to personal web page maintenance no longer exists on the Comcast user account page. You need to log in here:
https://publish.comcast.net/home/index/
(You will probably get a notification that the certificate for this page is not valid; if you accept the page anyway, you'll get to the user page for personal web pages, where you can upload, etc.

The situation has begun to improve-- you can now access the PWP create and edit page link- but it's not fully alright yet in that you will still get a security warning and you have to click "open it anyway" several times before it finally connects and takes you where you want to go. Clearly an effort has been made to fix the certificate problem-- and it's close to being fully back to normal-- just not quite yet- I hope the tech team at Comcast will smooth this out completely, take a final step to return to how the PWP work page was accessed before the certificate problem arose. A big thank you for the work they've done on this so far.

It's 48 hours later and stil necessary to repeatedly click on the entry link to get into the PWP editing page-- but at least you do get in and can update your pages. This may be the way it'll remain- perhaps not as smooth an entry to the editing page as was the case before the expired certificate crisis occured and was repaired, but at least the system is functional once again and at this time you can go about enjoying your PWP benefit as a Comcast Infinity customer.

"Bookmarking https://publish.comcast.net/home/ seems to be the best bet if you are going to use this unsupported feature of your Comcast internet service.
Yup, that's what I'll have to do.
Thanks for the effort in resolving this issue.
