I use 1st Page and FileZilla-Client to upload finished new web page's (simple html 4.0 mostly text and graphic-jpg background). Lately two new files show uploaded successfully (with file name-size correct), but after launching page, or refreshing page in Host, it changes to 0-file size when going back to check in my Comcast Dir-listings. Using 'view source' of blank display, the codes are nothing like uploaded, also omitting everything between 'body' statement (causing blank display).
Older webpages (already uploaded in Comcast) may be edited and re-uploaded without problem. I have tried many things, deleting and re-uploading problem web pages (2), nothing helps, same strange codes when viewing source that display as blank.

Reply to myself, since Comcast does not advise should (total) home webpages exceed 1G, but simply screw with you, it was discovered from another with same problem that Comcast does not play favorites.
I'm not suggesting Comcast correct this issue, ubless someone from Comcast is able read this responce.

As you discovered, if you use up the 1 GB space for your web pages, files you try to upload will have their fie size set to zero which makes them unusable. It would be better to have an appropriate error message. It is highly unlikely that Comcast will fix this.
If you need to have more space, create yet another account, enable its web pages, and have some of your files on the other account.
