Hello,
I was just updating one of the pages on my PWP and when I hit save it cleared out ALL 7 of my pages and renamed them all the same thing and replaced them with blank pages!
PLEASE tell me there is a way to restore my PWP to what it was yesterday. and I didnt lose EVERYTHING!

And despite it appearing that I handled your post differently than the other person's corrupted pages, the end result was that I reported them "the same way". I did it in the correct order with yours.
Whether anything actually happens is another story.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have escalated your issue and will have someone contact you soon.

YEAH! ![]()
My website appears to have been restored and rolled back! I can communicate with my groups again.
Now to do a quick back-up before I update anything.
I received a couple of phone calls from two separate Comcast techies, explained what happened and it was fixed. Customer service that works! Kudos ![]()
Thank You Beth, Keisha, Dan & COMCAST.

Beth could you pease put another ticket in for me? I'm going to try and see if I still have the contact info for the person that was able to restore my pages two weeks ago.

You'd have better luck contacting the appropriate folks now that you found them.
I'll report it.

When I click on the link that you posted for your page it works for me. I don't know what content you had on the main page but the page loads. I can see your photo gallery, your content page and your events list.

The webpage is there but all of the additional pages I created and their content is gone.
I've been in touch with the Comcast tech that restored it the last time and he is working on rolling it back.
