How can I reorder/sort the images displayed?

You don't. 

 

The photo gallery doesn't have any organizing tools.

 

If you want more features, use a photo gallery site or tool.

 

Many people are happy with Jalbum ( http://jalbum.net/ ). The Comcast server's name is upload.comcast.net  

 

I'm exploring some other options for my Apple user group meeting tonight and will note them in the next few days.
