Found 4 FAQ's that say upload to ftp address... not one of them tells the address.

use upload.comcast.net for a stand alone ftp client.
Some web authoring programs with built in ftp might use ftp://upload.comcast.net.
Windows built in ftp client also uses ftp://upload.comast.net

I've tried that logon addy and its not working, I am using my old program cute ftp 4.2 I don't understand the one that comcast gives you. Can you help?

Worked just now for me from a command line FTP on my Mac.
site: upload.comcast.net
username: your Comcast username without the @comcast.net
password: your Comcast password
If it isn't working, post more details.
