- Sign in to XFINITY Connect.
- Click on the Preferences tab in the top navigation bar.
- Click on Notifications in the left Preferences menu.
- Input your email address into the email notification box, then click "Add".
- Check 'Send transcripts via email', then click "Save" in the top left.
- That's it! You will now be able to instantly read your voicemails - anytime, anywhere.
