Hello,
With all the problems customers are having with constant guard why dont you just delete it and run norton separately.

Hi bn722,
I'd like to suggest you forgo reasd's suggestion until you give CGSP_Support a chance at assisting you to get it working. They ususally stop in frequently.
A veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve - is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to The 'United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'

Hello - if the constant guard executable can't be found, the link between the icon and the executable is broken. The best solution is to remove the application and reinstall so the link can be recreated. To do this, just go to your add/remove or programs/features control panel, remove the application, and when prompted, "SAVE" the secure programs file. Reinstall the application from www.comcast.net/security and that should resolve the issue.
The broken link has absoutely nothing to do with the application, but something in your startup sequence - perhaps a browser change, broke the link to the executable (.exe) file, which is the actual connection from the icon to the startup file.
