I used to get an ok or question mark when searching for websites so I knew whether they are safe or not. Now I have nothing. How do I check to see if a site is ok to use?

Hi candyland1459,
Please provide more info please:
Which operating system are you using? Please include the SP #.
Which browser are you using and whatis the version number?
On your Norton securioty Suite main page, click on Support and then About from the drop down menu and tell us the version number of your installation. it will be a series of numbers such as X.X.X.X.
FYI, the icons you are referring to is controled by the Norton Tool Bar, the above info will help us determine what needs to be done to get it working again for you.
We'll be waiting on your reply.
A veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve - is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to The 'United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'
