Whatever you do, do NOT download these "free" security programs on your computer. I finally did it after being urged by xfinity to do it, and I have had to have two techs spend a total of EIGHT hours fixing my computer! They have now been removed and hopefully I will have no further issues!
I agree 100%! I removed Norton 360 and Constant Guard and installed Bite Defender Internet Security. Solved a few of my problems. I have reset my modem every 2 days or my computers freeze. Hate Comcsat internet! The worst! At&t is the best! Sorry I switched.
The Norton Security Suite is fine. It is the constant guard people have problems with. Norton Security Suite can be downloaded by itself without Constant Pain.
I really like Norton programs. I have never had one problem with any of them. I.ve tried others like AVG and McAfee and there not bad but don't compete with Norton
I am glad you are not having problems...but please be wary! They really messed me up but fortunately, I had a service protection plan with the Geek Squad that fixed my severe problems.
I really wish I had a better option for internet...I really don't think AT&T is as fast do you? I would love to know. Can't you just switch back to AT&T?
What you foudn is the reatil version of Norton 360 - not the free Comcast version of Norton Security Suite (whichis a lcone of N 360 ) - but a diffrent download source.
