Comcast blocking site?

Can anyone get to this site: www.healthlady.com

I keep getting a timed out error. They contacted their hosting and put my ip on the white list, but I still cannot get on their site (actually any of sites or the cpanel of their webhosting). Starting to think it's comcast blocking the site…

I clicked on your link (after makng sure it was rated safe) and went right to it.  I'm using IE 9.  Just checked it on FF9.0 and it works there also.

Re: Comcast blocking site?

I too am having a problem. I can get into the healthylady but am unable to access www.digifit.com.

The page keeps trying to load as new.digifit.com and the response is

Oops! Google Chrome could not find new.digifit.com

I have tried both Safari and Firefox as well and neither will load either. The company said they are up and running and only once previously had an issue with a customer who also was on Comcast. I have a Macbook running Mac OS X, version 10.6.8 with Comcast Norton security installed. This website is the first and only time I have encountered this issue. Any suggestions?

Re: Comcast blocking site?

Hi ringaround,

I can access digifit via IE9 and also FF 9.01 on a Windows 7 PC.  I am not a MAC user, so can nothelp you here, however there is a Macintosh Board here that you may be able to post on and get some help from fellow MAC users.

Re: Comcast blocking site?

I used Comcast's DNS Cache Test tool and it confirmed that Comcast's servers can't look up digifit.com. It's not a Mac problem.

Re: Comcast blocking site?

The domain digifit.com is failing DNSSEC validation which prevented Comcast customers from reaching the site.  We have identified the issue and have contacted the owner asking them to correct the issue.  In the meantime, we have temporarily disabled DNSSEC validation for digifit.com until the issue has been resolved.  You should now be able to reach the website.

For those of you that are interested in the DNSSEC validation failure details, please refer to the following website:

Kind regards,

Tom

Re: Comcast blocking site?

We reached out to the hosting company to recove the DNS resolution issue.  Should work now.
