Constant guard

I downloaded the Constant Guard as it came through my email and now my computer is acting a little odd.  Is this program legitimate from StrikeForce Technologies as LicMgrEP.exe?

Strikeforce produces the GuardedID module which has been causing problems.

 

Use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall GuardedID.
