Contacting Comcast Customer Security Assurance

I recently just received an e-mail from Comcast's Customer Security Assurance department which I need to reply back to.  They were kind enough to include in their e-mail the following:

If you have any questions regarding this notice, you may direct them to Comcast in writing by sending a letter or e-mail to:

	Comcast Customer Security Assurance
	Comcast Cable Communications, LLC
1800 Bishops Gate Blvd., 3rd Floor East Wing
	Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 U.S.A.
	Phone: (888) 565-4329
	Fax: (856) 324-2940

How very considerate of them to conveniently leave the e-mail address off.  I have checked online for an e-mail address but couldn't find anything other than addresses for reporting abuse and security for children.  I found one forum that has the same subject line as this one, but again, no e-mail address given.  I even tried to talk to a comcast customer service representative to see if they could quickly find it, but they wanted me to verify my account and give them all of my personal information, which I thought was unnecessary.  Does anyone know the e-mail address for contacting Comcast's Customer Security Assurance department?

Right Click on the FROM on the email they sent you and then select send e-mail.

I do not have an email address for them either - must be a big dark Comcast secret

I would, however the e-mail address that they used is a no-reply e-mail address, so they wouldn't be able to read it.  To be precise it's: csa-noreply@comcast.net.  I could certainly attempt to send an e-mail to said address, but as to the amount of good it would do I'm rather hesitant.

OK - that figures, only other info I coudl find is here:

How to contact the Comcast Customer Security Assurance Department:

Business Hours:M-F, 9:00 am – 11:30 pm EST
                        S-S, 10:30 am – 6:30 pm EST

                       Contact:smileysad:888) 565-4329

That is the same phone umber you have - but at least the hours are listed here and they are open for business - so why not give them a call?   Hopefullyit will not be a wait like it is with the 800 comcast number.

I'm having the same exact problem. And I'm trying to pay my bill, but the website won't let me~ it gives me a "forbidden" screen. Comcast is not user-friendly, on the website or the phone. :smileysad:

Hi NNL,

Comcast Security Assurance has nothing to do with paying bills.  I suggested how to contact them, now  if you need bill payment help - hiover over the Customers Tab at the top of this page and then select Manage my Account from the drop down menu.
