Hi, i have uninstalled constant guard and guardedid, everytime i turn on my computer i get a message "There is a problem with accessing the list of Trusted Network Secure Financial Institutions. This is being updated for you. Please try again in a few minutes ". I click ok and it pops up again non stop. I still have a constant guard folder with some files like Idvault in it, but i am not able to delete it due to it being used. Ive tried closing it at the task manager and it just pops up again. Please help this is really frustrating....
