I updated to NSS v6 last night, along with Firefox v13, but I seem stuck on NSS v6 6.0.0.145. I ran Live Update numerous times, rebooted etc., to no avail. Can't get the Norton Identity safe toolbar to work. Any ideas?

Hi bearnut8,
a few runs of Liveupdate and a few reboots may not get it, you need to run LiveUpdate as many times as necessary for the "no updates found" to appear.
The installation for NSS instruaction have you do it this way:
Once installation is complete, open NSS and manually Run LiveUpdate (located on drop-down under PC Security on left side of main page of NSS - click on the Protected to see the dropdown) as many times as necessary for it to respond "no more updates found". If a reboot is requested, reboot and then continue to Run LiveUpdate until it responds "no more updates found" and then reboot one last time.
When I downloaded and installed version 6, I needed 20 updates totally 105mb to get to version 6.2.0.9 and another 2 runs and reboots to get to 6.2.1.5. You have to be patient.
One more question, were you using Version 5.2.1.3 or some other version when you attempted the upgrade?
Sorry, I forgot about the Toolbar - until you get to 6.2.1.5 it will not work with FF 13 - it should still work with FF 12 even on 6.0.0.145

Actually, I uninstalled the previous NSS first, trying to avoid any conflicts. I did save settings though when it asked.

OK - so did you continue to run LU until you got the following response? Please reboot when asked to and keep going until you see that screen shot stating No Updates Found.
Actually I think you are only about 2 runs of LU and 1 reboot away from 6.2.0.9 and that's put you within 2 or 3 LU's of 6.2.1.5. Please hang in there, I know it is frustrating.

N o, that screen you show never happens. It just goes through the 'Check, Download, Process' real fast and then says 'Live Update finished'. So far I've gotten the first update of 20 items, which in my opinion seemed to process too fast. First thing I notice is it starts at update item 2, processes, then item 3, processes, then wham, 4 - 20 within 5 seconds.
Then after a reboot, live update finds one other item............that's all I get so far.

I also have the same problem. My NSS is stuck at 6.0.0.145. Everytime I run LU it says it is installing 3 updates but when it finishes I click on details and it only shows 1 update installed.

The 6.2.1.5 patch is unavailable at this time due to a minor issue found with it. People that have already updated to 6.2.1.5 do not need to worry - the issue found is simply with the way it looks at versioning to update. It will be re-released shortly.

The 6.2.1 patch is now available.
Cheers.
